Door of My Heart

Door of my heart, open wide I keep for Thee.

 Wilt Thou come, wilt Thou come? Just for once, come to me!

 Will my days fly away without seeing Thee, my Lord?

 Night and day, night and day, I look for Thee night and day.

It is up to us individuals to open the doors of our hearts to feel God's presence.

God is closer to us than our hearts, but the ego overshadows her. If we want to feel God, we must set the ego aside.

Will my days fly away without seeing Thee, my Lord?

Is your life flying by without feeling the presence of the Divine within you? More importantly, has this day or even the last hour flew by without feeling God's presence? Remember, you only have NOW!

Night and day, night and day, I look for Thee night and day.

You are accountable for looking for God and seeing God in everything because you are lost, not God.
